I went with Mellie’s ‘special recipe collard greens’ and a double smash burger with cheese. As someone originally from Louisiana, whoever cooks the food— has to bring the flavor and heat that brings out the flavor. There’s a delicate balance on the pallet: flavor & heat have to work together. The food took me for a walk on the wild side and was easy to put down. The burger is something I haven’t tasted since I was in college on The Bayou. The collard greens were ‘buttery’ with heat in the juice with just the right amount of spice with some unique additions: carrots, celery and who knows: but most importantly it was good. Do yourself a favor: if you like food full of flavor with the right amount of heat—Go to Mellie’s—-your mouth and your appetite will thank you later:)

I usually stop by after the gym..so I get the Grilled Chicken Chunks to make myself feel “healthy.” lol but all kidding aside, do yourself a favor and go get them NOW! I promise you will not be disappointed. Definitely a vibe. Great people. Even better chicken. Pull up!

I ordered the garlic Parmesan and half lemon pepper 8pc fried jumbo wings flats & drums and it also came with seasoned fries. The Parmesan was sooo good, the Lemon pepper was okay just super tangy just wasn’t my favorite. The chop cheese was fireee! But overall I give them a 5 out 5, the hospitality was amazing. Mellie and the chef were extremely nice definitely will come again!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mellie’s Side Chicks & Sneaky Links is my new favorite spot! The fried chicken is crispy and juicy, the sneaky links are packed with flavor, and the smash burger is a must-try. But let me also tell you about THE GREENS!!! Hands down the best I’ve had, so flavorful and cooked just right. Mellie and Leonard are the sweetest hosts, making sure you feel welcome and helping you pick the perfect meal. The vibes are so fun with great seating and music that makes you want to stay and chill. If you’re in West Palm Beach, you NEED to try this place! 💕🔥😋

That place was awesome. Everything about it. I’ve never had Food truck food as good as that. EVER. I got the double burger a fries. It was THE BEST seasoning I’ve ever had on any kind of food. It was so unique and juicy. Everything about the food was great. And then the customer service. Some of the coolest people I’ve ever met. I was talking with the owner for about a half hour and he was telling me just how everything was gonna turn out great and he delivered. Everything was dope. I 100/10 recommend it and I will for sure be going back whenever I’m in the area.
